Are there limitations to what I can send in?
Funkos, Trading cards, Prints, Manga, Video games, movies, posters (within reason), and other smaller easier to sign items are preferred.
Framed pictures/posters, big in box items, statues, and things that are more difficult to carry around and have signed could cause issues, if you have questions about what is okay to send in, reach out to support@thenostalgiacon.com with pictures so we can better help answer.
What happens if someone cancels?
If a guest has to cancel, we will still try to get your items signed, at either a later show, or see if we can send them in to them personally. If no solution can be made we will provide a refund and send your items back.
How do we know if the signature is authentic
We will have at least one authentication company you can add on at check out, which we encourage. Make sure to add whatever company you want to authenticate your item as either an add on or just add it in general from its own section. If you add authentication after the fact let us know.
When will I get my items back?
We will do our best to start shipping your items back within a few days following the convention. They should all be shipped back within a week, but more than likely sooner than that.
What if I want to get one item signed by multiple people?
Fill out ONE form, BUT INCLUDE EVERYONE who will be signing the item. Only one JSA purchase is required but you will need to add each individual's autograph to the check out who will be signing.
